Check-in and check-out
• Reception : 24/7, all year long. To ensure that guests are free to come and go whilst keeping the facilities secure, the doors are locked at night, but reception remains open day and night with a receptionist.
• Check-in : from 3PM
•Check-out : 9.30 AM
•You or your group will be hosted by one of our receptionists to ensure a comfortable stay. On arrival, allow 10 minutes for a discussion with your group supervisors.
• Access: CIS is located 5 minutes from downtown, close to bus and tram stops.

• Total capacity: 217 beds in 84 rooms
• 2 categories: rooms with toilet and a shower, rooms with a shower (a toilet on the floor)
- Rooms with 1 bed, 2 beds, 3/4/5 beds (bunk beds)
• Baby cots on request
• 3 rooms with especial beds for persons with reduced mobility
•Elevator in one of the two buildings
•Shared bedrooms (not mixed): 3/5 beds

 
   

Access for people with disabilities
n accordance with its values, CIS refuses exclusion, and particularly that of disabled persons. Apart from disabled access, three rooms with special beds for persons with reduced mobility are available.
